Hill Top Manor is located on the hill at 356 6th Avenue SE in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Our home is designed to fit the needs of each resident, so they never have to change who they are to feel comfortable here.

The home is set up into four smaller household areas, creating a warm, family-like setting. We follow the Aging in Place approach, which means residents can stay in the same home, with the same friends and caring staff, even if their needs change. Licensed nursing and personal care are available 24 hours a day, and we welcome residents at every level of care.

Life at Hill Top Manor is full of fun and connection. We celebrate birthdays and holidays and offer daily activities, including music, exercise, games, and community outings. Staying active and involved helps residents feel proud, happy, and connected.

Our meals are home-cooked and made to meet each person’s dietary needs. Family members are always welcome to join for meals or afternoon coffee. Residents can also enjoy snacks and drinks from the kitchen anytime, day or night.
