Hill Top Manor is located on the hill at 356 6th Avenue SE Weyburn, Saskatchewan. The home is designed to provide an environment that adapts to the needs of the resident, instead of the resident trying to adapt to the environments.

We strive to create a home-like environment with a design of four smaller houses with a unique care environment.  We also support the “Aging in Place” concept so our residents never have to leave the friends and staff that they know and trust.  Residents can come at any level of care and stay as long as they like, Licenced Nursing and Personal Care is provided 24 hours a day.

We celebrate birthdays and holidays, along with a fun-filled calendar of activities. This includes music, exercises, games, and outings in the community.  Continuing to be an active member of the community gives a sense of accomplishment along with improved quality of life.

Meals are home cooked and made so all dietary needs are met.  Family members are welcome to join the resident for any meal and always for our afternoon coffee.   Residents are welcome to have anything they like from their kitchen, which is accessible 24 hours a day.

We encourage residents to remain independent in an environment that maximizes their autonomy, dignity, privacy, and safety.  Our staff are dedicated to creating a “home” which provides residents with an enhanced quality of life, and the freedom of choice.  This includes developing and maintaining strong ties within the community and with family and friends.
